My mother ordered this rocking chair for my daughter's 1st birthday. Upon assembling this chair, there was a piece missing. Teamson's customer service is horrendous. I have spoken to them several times and have been given excuses that there was a computer glitch and my replacement part order was lost. I then received the wrong piece and I was promised my replacement part and it has not yet arrived. My rocking chair is still sitting in pieces. I would strongly recommend ordering a chair from another company unless you want more trouble than the chair is worth.
